If you game look like this screen

You monitor scales game resolution to measure.
The problem applies to which users screen resolution exceeds (is more than) 1024x768.

How do it?

1. On desktop press Right Mouse Buttom (RMB) and select "Screen resolution".

2. Select option "Resolution" and select resolution 1024x768 and press OK.

3. Now you have 1024x768 resolution and you have black bars.

4. Now again press Right Mouse Button (RMB) and select:
Graphic options ► Panel fit
and check
"Scale full picture"

5. Restore to "Screen Resolution" and restore you default resolution and hidden will look screen up.
